Refund Policy

Products

 

We do not accept returns on cut fabrics/trim/interfacing. If there is a defect or cutting issue with your fabric purchase, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help remedy the situation.

We do not accept returns on patterns. 

Unopened notions can be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.

If they are defective, sewing machines can be exchanged for a replacement.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please bring it to our attention—we want you to feel satisfied with your purchases at SewBo. 

 

Adult Classes

 

Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy.

 

Kids Monthly Classes

 

Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. 

 

Summer Camps

 

Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series.
