Refund Policy

Products

 

We do not accept returns on cut fabrics/trim/interfacing. If there is a defect or cutting issue with your fabric purchase, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help remedy the situation.

We do not accept returns on patterns. 

Unopened notions can be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.

If they are defective, sewing machines can be exchanged for a replacement.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please bring it to our attention—we want you to feel satisfied with your purchases at SewBo. 

 

Adult Classes

 

Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy.

 

Kids Monthly Classes

 

Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers or refunds can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. 

 

Summer Camps

 

Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series. No transfers can be made within 14 days of the start date of any class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy.

School Day Off Cancellation Policy

If your child cannot make it to a school day off camp, we can issue a transfer of registration up to 14 days before the start date of camp. If cancellation is requested within 14 days of the start date a cancellation fee of $30 will be applied and a credit of the remaining camp registration fee will be issued for a future camp.

Bad Weather Policy

​

We do our best to run class in all kinds of weather. As a small business, we are unable to recuperate costs of cancelled classes due to unforeseen weather. If you cannot make it to class due to travel hazards, we will do our best to transfer you to another class in the future. We do not offer refunds for bad weather cancellations. We will notify you as soon as possible if a class is cancelled due to weather. If you do not hear from us, class is running as scheduled.
