Service Description
Love to read? Love to sew? Why not combine those two loves into a sewing focused book club?! Throughout the year, this book club will meet monthly on Sunday evenings, discussing books centered around sewing, sewists, and fabric design. It will run November 2026-May 2027. We will kick off the bookclub by reading the NYT Best Selling Book Stitched, by Eli McCann. Meeting dates are as follows: November 15 Skipping December due to busy holiday schedules January 17 February 21 March 21 April 18 May 16 Registration in the book club includes the cost of the first book but is otherwise a free gathering. After registration, students may pick up their book at our shop to read before our first gathering. Participants will be responsible for acquiring new books as we read through the year. Books for each month have not yet been chosen and participants can manage that process democratically.

Cancellation Policy
Adult Classes/Courses Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or refunds can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. Our classes and courses fill up quickly and are non-refundable within three days of the start date of a class. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Refunds and re-schedules result in high costs in time and unplanned scheduling changes. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Class credits expire one year after date of issue. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers or refunds can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Class credits expire one year after date of issue. Summer Camps All summer camp cancelation and rescheduling requests must be made by emailing sewbo@sewboco.com. Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancelation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-20 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series. No transfers or refunds can be made within 20 days of the start date of any class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Class credits expire one year after date of issue. School Day Off Cancellation Policy If your child cannot make it to a school day off camp, we can issue a transfer of registration up to 14 days before the start date of camp. If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date a cancellation fee of $30 will be applied and a credit of the remaining camp registration fee will be issued for a future camp. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be given within 7 days of the start date of a camp. Class credits expire one year after date of issue.
