Service Description
Learn to make a scrappy patchwork waterproof (optional) picnic blanket it this 3.5 hour class. In this class students will learn to: Sew large squares together Back a large blanket Faux bind Install straps Yarn tie a quilt Materials Requirements for this class are: 1/2 yard of 7 different fabrics 2 yards of 60" wide laminated fabric (if not using waterpoof fabric your will need to piece together the back and will need 3-4 yards of quilting cotton or 44" wide canvas) The back finished piece will need to be 55" X 70" 2 - 60" trips of 1/2 wide ribbon or strapping 1 yard of thin yarn for tying off quilt (optional) Materials are not included in the cost of the class. Students may purchase materials at our shop with a 15% discount. Prerequisites for this class are Sewing 101-201.

Cancellation Policy
Adult Classes Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. Please not that we allow for one rescheduling of class within the terms of the cancelation policy. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Summer Camps Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series.
