Intermediate Sewing School
Level up your sewing skills in this 4 week course! Starts Oct. 27
Service Description
In this intermediate sewing course, students will learn to make a button down shirt. This project is a great project to increase sewing abilities and students will learn how to: Construct a collar Work with a yoke Inset sleeves Construct a button placket Install button holes and buttons Students will choose between the following patterns for this course: Closet Core Patterns Jenna Shirt, Grainline Archer Button Up, Merchant & Mills Arbor Shirt. Images of shirts can be viewed in the course gallery. Prerequisites for this class are Sewing 101-301, Garment Sewing Part I + II, or Sewing School, or the equivalent knowledge thereof. If you have questions on whether or not your are ready for this course, please reach out! The pattern is included in the cost of this class. Materials are not. Students will need to pick up their pattern, prewash their fabrics, and cut out all pattern pieces and fabric before their first class. Students do get a 15% discount on class purchases at our shop.

Cancellation Policy
Adult Classes/Courses Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or refunds can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. Our classes and courses fill up quickly and are non-refundable within three days of the start date of a class. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Refunds and re-schedules result in high costs in time and unplanned scheduling changes. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Class credits expire one year after date of issue. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers or refunds can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Class credits expire one year after date of issue. Summer Camps All summer camp cancelation and rescheduling requests must be made by emailing sewbo@sewboco.com. Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp. If cancellation is requested within 30-20 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series. No transfers or refunds can be made within 20 days of the start date of any class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Class credits expire one year after date of issue. School Day Off Cancellation Policy If your child cannot make it to a school day off camp, we can issue a transfer of registration up to 14 days before the start date of camp. If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date a cancellation fee of $30 will be applied and a credit of the remaining camp registration fee will be issued for a future camp. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be given within 7 days of the start date of a camp. Class credits expire one year after date of issue.
