Art with Textiles - July 22-26 PM

Service Description

Fabric isn't just to for clothes and pillows! Learn to "color" with fabric and textiles in this afternoon camp series. Along with learning to sew, kids will also learn embroidery, sewing with paper, and collage with fabric techniques while making wearable and useable pieces of art. Camp will be broken up into two learning groups based on previous sewing experience: beginnings sewers and advanced sewers. Projects for this class will be determined by the level of the specific group but sample projects include: tote bags, stationery, wall hangings, blankets, etc. The camp tuition includes the $50 materials fee for the class. We will provide materials for class and students are welcome to bring in old t-shirts for repurposing. * A sewing machine and materials are provided for this class. Summer Camp Cancellation Policy Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series. Cancellation Policy

Adult Classes Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account.
