Service Description

The last class of our beginning series will round out your knowledge of sewing techniques and sewing machine knowledge. While making a pillow case in this class students will learn how to: · use the "burrito" method (a common technique used in apparel sewing) · sew with french seams · use the presser feet that come with most sewing machines (button hole foot, button foot, blind hem foot, overlock foot, & quilting foot). Materials are not included in the cost of this class. Students can purchase a Pillow Case Bundle at our shop for $13. This bundle consists of 27" of main fabric, 11" of border fabric, and 2.5" of trim fabric.

Cancellation Policy

Adult Classes Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account.
