Expand your t(w)een's sewing skills with this fun and social after school class. In celebration of Earth Day, this month's classes are focused on Zero-Waste Sewing. Projects will be determined by the level of class participants but sample projects include: Reusable lunch bag, sandwich wraps, utensil holder, reusable paper towels, etc. Students can purchase fabrics and supplies ahead of the class with a 15% discount, but this month we will also be focusing on using up some of our fabric from our scrap bin and we encourage students to bring any scrap fabric from home as well. Materials list for this class are: 6 fat quarters (or equivalent) All other materials will be included. Class Cancellation Policy Class registration can be refunded within 7 days of the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class. No transfers can be made within 3 days of the start date of any class. *COVID situations are the exception to this policy. While we do not offer make-up class sessions at this time, we can prepare a "sewing to-go" kit for any missed class in a series.
