Service Description
Join SewBo's Mystery Block of the Month Year long series and level up your quilting skills while making quilty projects all year long! Led by SewBo's best quilting instructors, Jenifer Durand and Lisa Nibarger, students will expand their quilting knowledge throughout the year and come 2026, will have the confidence, know-how, and creativity to branch out on their own quilting journey! In this BOTM students will not make a full size quilt but will learn a variety of quilting skills as they make a diverse set of fun, creative projects. Skills taught in this class are: Binding techniques, foundation piecing, fusible appliqué, free motion quilting, whole cloth quilts, EPP (English Paper Piecing), abstract art quilting, speedy quilting (efficiency techniques), batch cutting skills, collage quilting, how to use pre-cuts (mini-charms, charm packs, jelly rolls, layer cakes, etc), and big stitch hand quilting. Sample projects include: quilted bags of all sizes, wall hangings, home decor accents, kitchen accessories, quilted garment accents, lap quilts, and more! Yearly membership includes: · One instructed session per month (12 total for the year) · Patterns for each project · 15% discount on all fabric for the year (Yep! You read that right!) · Community of fellow quilters and fabric lovers · Expanded knowledge of quilting skills Materials are not included in the cost of this course. Student will be given the materials requirements ahead of class and can purchase materials with their 15% discount. We hope you will join us on this exciting journey!

Cancellation Policy
Adult Classes Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Summer Camps Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series.
