Quilted Placemat Class

Service Description

Get a snap shot into quilting with our quilted placemat class. In this class students will learn how to: · piece together fabric into a "mini" quilt · pick fabrics that compliment each other · work with and attach binding · stitch in the ditch This class is best for students who have completed out 101 and 201 sewing classes (or the equivalent thereof). Materials are not included with this class and will need to be purchased ahead of time. Students get a 15% discount on materials at our fabric store and may pick up their fabrics on the day of their class or ahead of time. Materials list includes: 3-5 fat quarters (you will have extra fabric to make more placemats) 1/4 yard of cotton/poly batting Matching Thread
