Geranium Dress

Service Description

The Geranium Dress from Made by Rae is arguably the most versatile children's dress pattern ever made. This basic dress + the expansion pack will give you every combination of adorableness you could possibly dream up. In this four hour class, students will make a basic Geranium Dress (view a or b) from start to finish. After completing this dress, students will be able to comfortably customize their future geranium dresses with their skills (and with the expansion pack). Materials are not included in the cost of the class and students will need to purchase the pattern (and/or the expansion pack) and fabrics, and can do so at our shop with a 15% class discount. Students will want to trace the pattern pieces on tracing paper before cutting them out to preserve sizing. They will need to come to class with their pattern pieces and fabric cut out to allow for maximum instruction time. If students need help with this step, they should attend an open sew session or our How to Read a Pattern class. The geranium dress comes in two pattern sizes: 0-5YO and 6-12 YO. The expansion pack is for all sizes. Fabric requirements for your child's size can be found on the back of each pattern.

Cancellation Policy

Adult Classes Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. Please not that we allow for one rescheduling of class within the terms of the cancelation policy. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. Summer Camps Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series.
