Adult Sewing 101

Service Description

Whether you haven't sewn in years, are looking for new hobby, or would like to learn this valuable life skill, this class will teach you the basics of sewing while making useful and beautiful projects. In this class, participants will learn how to: · Use a sewing machine · Sew straight lines and follow a seam allowance · Box corners · Make a simple inside out bag that you will treasure! This is the first class for adults when wanting to learn to sew. Materials for this class are included. Students will use our studio sewing machines for this class.

Cancellation Policy

Adult Classes Class registration can be refunded 14 days before the start date of any class. If cancellation is requested within 14-3 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different class or a credit can be given for a future class. No transfers or can be made within 3 days of the start date of a class. This is out of respect for our teaching team and due to our small teacher to student ratio. Kids Monthly Classes Class registration can be refunded outside of 14 days of the start date of any class (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 14-7 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different series or a credit will be given to your account. No transfers can be made within 7 days of the start date of a class. Check out our FAQ's for more detail on our cancellation policy. Summer Camps Summer Camp registration can be refunded 30 days before the start date of any camp (less a 10% cancellation fee). If cancellation is requested within 30-14 days of the start date, a transfer of registration may be made to a different camp or a credit can be given for use at a future camp or series.
